This American Style Brown Ale has an aroma that initially comes off as a general roastiness that gives way to notes of caramel and toffee with just a hint of chocolate and a slightly floral hop character. This beer is medium-light in body and finishes somewhat dry. The taste of caramel and toffee smooth out the rough edges of the bitter chocolate and coffee flavors provided by the roasted malts. Under these melded flavors is a slight floral hoppiness. 6.0% ABV

Gotta Get Up to Get Down Roasty sweet (from lactose) with a touch of blueberry pie flavors. Magical natural process beans from the Konga region of Ethiopia lead the way in this intense coffee stout. This rare variety of coffee leads to aromas of sweet roastiness and blueberry pie flavors. Lactose, or milk sugar, is added along with oats for a silky medium body and a lush finish. Red Bull and vodka done the long way. For old men, not teenagers. 5%

Our Praline Amber Ale is brewed with a generous addition of Georgia Pecans and Madagascar vanilla. We also add lactose to accentuate the natural caramel flavors from the malt. These additions combine to produce a flavor reminiscent of a traditional Southern candy, the praline. Great for a rainy night in Georgia

A light Wheat Ale with lots of fresh mango flavor and aroma, Finishing crisp and refreshing. - CA 4%ABV

It’s an unfiltered wheat ale, brewed with orange peel and coriander and garnished with an orange slice for an enticing taste and a creamy, smooth finish. 5.4% ABV

A delicious twist on a classic Belgian treat. The Witbier was something that had been forgotten for over a decade until Pierre Celis revived it in a small village east of Brussels, Belgium. This beer is a nod to the classic, starting with the original revival base of white wheat, Pilsner malt and oats. Curacao orange peel and coriander are lightly added for complexity, and a Belgian yeast completes the profile for a fragrant, delicate, refreshing summer beer. Our twist is the addition of Blood Orange in just the right amount to amplify and add to the delicious orange character in a very pleasant way. No garnish required. 5.3% ABV

Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.. -Michigan, 7.0% ABV

A Totally Nebular IPA. Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue. Washington 8.2%ABV

This Killer IPA earns its title by being brewed with six different hops to create an aggressive yet exceptionally well-balanced beer. Look for notes of pine and grapefruit balanced by caramelized malt. Athens, GA 7.3% ABV

This beer is an "easy-drinking" IPA similar to Northeastern or East Coast styles in malt balance, haze and hop aromas. The juicy hop blend creates grapefruit, melon, strawberry and passion fruit aromas to give the beer a soft bitterness. - American 6.2% ABV

High & Hazy IPA is loaded with three varieties of tropical and citrus-forward hops.  The soft and silky-smooth mouthfeel is obtained by using copious amounts of wheat and flaked oats, while the laid-back bitterness is achieved by the addition of hops at the very last minute. 5.8% ABV

We took Juicy Bits (our popular New England-style IPA featuring a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character with a softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation) and dry hopped it with more than double the amount of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops, bringing the total hop rate up to more than 6 lbs per barrel, the most we have ever used in a single IPA. 6.7% ABV

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. 8.5% ABV

This imperial hop collision fuses West Coast and Juicy IPAs, unleashing atomic flavors of lush fruit, citrus, and sticky pine. First released as a DIPA, we kicked Atomic Torpedo up from 8.2% to 9.2% ABV for bigger and bolder Imperial IPA intensity.

Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars. Florida, 5.5% ABV
